Requirements
 
• Minimum of 6 years of agency or corporate PR experience
• Has good knowledge of PR concepts, strategy, practice and procedures
• Ability to prioritize workload within an Account Supervisor/Director position
• Strong leadership skills with sense of responsibility
• Good at securing new business and publicity opportunity
• Professional oral and writing skills
• Ability to communicate within an agency environment
• Fluency in English (both oral and writing)
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate understanding of key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors
• Manage media relations by identifying and working with target media and building a network of traditional and online media contacts and influencers
• Demonstrate an understanding of today’s news and media landscape and the ability to successfully implement public engagement and social media programs
• Coordinate public relations tactics by managing workflow, logistics and interaction with media and influencers
• Write press materials and internal communications
• Edit and proofread written materials for quality and adherence to appropriate writing style
• Provide support for client issues and crisis management program requirements
• Provide account administration including meeting deadlines, troubleshooting problems, attending client meetings/conference calls, and reporting weekly/monthly activity and coverage

• Develop client service and interactions skills
• Manage projects with keen attention to detail using organizational skills, working with colleagues, vendors, and support agencies

• Develop new business opportunities and lead various projects
• Demonstrate leadership and maintain effective communications with account teams, manager and peers
